This process was extremely drawn out. I never felt like I was kept up-to-date and I needed to call numerous times to figure out a status and every time I called I was just told they were no updates. I have talk to other people in the mortgage industry and they told me that the amount of time I waited to close was ridiculously long from when the process was started. I am very dissatisfied with the service, I feel like the fees were higher than with other companies, and would not recommend

I don’t wish to share my experience publicly.
This was an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. I submitted everything asked of me immediately upon request. I was told many times I would be called or reached out to to to move to the next step, I alway had to follow back up again. The loan amount was messed up twice and the closing date changed twice. I was also not notified about the changes in dates, I had to call to confirm and was told they were cancelled. I will be switching Loan Services ASAP.
Great, albeit, lengthy experience. But, the outcome was better than we had been expecting. Kelly was great at promptly answering my inquiries.
