Quick efficient and able to be completed almost entirely remotely
slow turnaround but with employs working from home it is difficult
Our loan officer was hard to get a hold of at times, he seemed preoccupied. Also directions were not given at the same time requests for doc u sign. It took a couple of voice mails to get answers about documents, but then Marisol came into the picture and took care of business.
Tyra was great to work with and pleasant every time I spoke with her. Her birthday is November 1 and you all should throw her a big party for the service she deliver :)
Very quick turn around from start to finish. We closed weeks earlier than expected. Convenient having closing in our home.
