We used Pennymac in the past and were big fans!! This experience was awful though. Communication process was terrible. Liem was the fastest to respond to us, but was the third loan processor we had been assigned so we were always confused on who to talk to. Also - when it came time for the closing disclosure, we found multiple errors and kept asking for corrections. We ended up being the one helping Liem balance the CD correctly, which didn't give us much confidence.
Antonio was very helpful, always kept me updated and closed on my refinance on time with no issues! I would highly recommend penny Mac to anyone looking to refinance or new mortgage loans. Thank you for being so great and making my experience easy and stress free!!

Great job overall, a couple name misspellings on closing documents, but otherwise flawless.
Our documents were not ready for the notary on our expected closing date. Additionally, the multiple requests for documents after we had already sent them in were sometimes frustrating. More streamlined communication between parties handling the loan would have made things go more smoothly. However, Icenia Davis was incredible - any time I brought any issue to her attention, she resolved it promptly.
