It was very simple and done mostly through email which makes it easier when working. That option was very appreciated.
The whole process took a long time Had to keep resending documents
The loan process was very easy and quick. No surprises. The communication with the team was friendly and well informed. It is a pleasure to do business with Penny Mac.
I do not know that it is fair to place the blame of our frustrating experience on my agent; there seemed to be system issues. It seems likely that there were issues with receiving emails, processing documents, or simply over-worked staff due to the inherent challenges of working from home. Offering additional support or changes to the system may be necessary to improve services. I did not receive responses to emails, I had friendly personal exchanges. I had to push each step to close the loan.

The loan application approval and underwriting process was very smooth and professional. The amount of information requested was very reasonable and when I called for assistance the response was timely. The only criticism I have is that I did experience some difficulty in completing the electronic forms.
Wonderful experience
From start to finish, everything was great! Love, love, love Andrew. He was awesome, always answered our many questions via phone and emails. Our notary person, Ashley was great! She was on time and had everything ready and marked. She was sweet, friendly, professional and extremely efficient. I can't say enough great things about both Andrew and Ashley.
At the beginning i didnt have a good experience with the specialist that was handling my loan but after a few months they change it for Vonnye Wade and she was GREAT! she was communicating all the time with me and responding all my emails! She was always in contact with me! Im so thankful i was able to closed with her!
