There was a mix up on the closing with the Title company.. The first closing date was 9/11/2020 but no one showed. Deion was instrumental in finding out what had happened. There told him that one of there notaries wasn't available. The next closing went off as planed on the 15th of September 2020. Deion answered all my questions and that was a great feeling. Thank You
Communication was terrible, and we experienced delay after inexplicable delay. The original closing date came and went without any updated communication from PennyMac. I had to ask for progress updates, and rarely received a satisfactory response. I do understand you are quite busy, but this refinance was handled very poorly. There were too many people involved that did not know what was going on. The web portal is also poorly designed, with confusing requests and sections that would not load.
