Jennifer only returned one out of my three calls and never answered either of my emails. In that call, she told me "I had a missed call from this number, what do you need? " she hadn't even listened to my message and had no clue what I was inquiring about. Jennifer was hurried and acted very annoyed at any questions I had during the entirety of that conversation. I wish I had asked for my loan application to be reassigned to someone else.

I’ve refinanced two loans through PennyMac within two days of each other and the first loan was smooth and efficient and the people I worked with were great. The second loan not so much. The closing was delayed due to forms not being sent from the loan officer and twice was told a notary was scheduled to sign documents and was never scheduled. I had to call the notary myself to setup the meeting.

This was the worst treatment that I have ever received! I paid over $900 in closing cost for my VA home loan. A VA home loan is not suppose to have me put a payment at closing. Elizabeth Bewen said she would fix it and call me back at closing and never did! I need my closing cost refunded and my appraisal. She kept changing my closing date without communicating with me or my realtor. I left emails and voicemails. I do not understand why someone still haven't called me. Please call 505-686-0223!!
