The professionalism and knowledge of the agents made the process easy and smooth.
Was provided frequent updates on the status of the loan. Loan closed ahead of anticipated time.
Way to long to close for a refi. After stating that no appraisal was needed for roughly a month, someone then stated that an appraisal was now needed. On the pre-closing documents, it was indicated that funds would be going to the borrower (us). We ended up writing a check and we're quite surprised that the closing costs increased by roughly 1500. Not good.
