Nic was good. The others prior acted as if there was no communication and redundancies in requests. Uncertainties. Very poor until Nic took over. And the fella that originated the process was excellent.

There were some technical issues with the website in the beginning and unfortunately my first loan officer was not available but once Beth took over it was smooth sailing. Beth was great to work with!!

Had to pressure PennyMac for a better rate, I was a current customer so I wanted to keep my business with them. I got a much better offer from an outside lender than their initial offer which I had to use to pressure PennyMac to actually give me a good deal. Service was fine, they just weren't trying to do me any favors.
