Andrew was a consummate professional unlike whoever worked at servicelink who never returned any of my calls and could care less about my transaction. Sorry but Andrew at Pennymac was completely the opposite of that Michelle lady. Her attitude was absolute trash.
My refinance experience was excellent! I usually dread these types of transactions due to the excessive amount of documentation required, however PENNYMAC had a streamlined process that made it simple and painless. I would definitely recommend working with Jason Hord and PENNYMAC to anyone who needs a refinance.
Communication. Accuracy. Timeliness. Avoiding misleading information. The one positive thing I can comment on is the price. Had it not been for that I would have walked away months ago. Brock was good and helpful. Lana was fine and helpful. The rest of the company/process was a nightmare.

Brittany communicated in the beginning, however she disappeared during the final weeks of the process. If this was Covid 19 related, I definitely understand and pray that she and her family are doing well. Also, I was quoted a lower closing cost than was presented at the end then was told it couldn’t go any lower.
It was quick & easy. When it comes to refinance, these are my favorite words. PERIOD!!

The individual that sold me the refi was unresponsive to follow up contacts. Jason Hord was very responsive answered his phone and went above and beyond to help me. The process is awful. Filled with errors. I got the final closing disclosure the day of closing. I requested it several times. Closing delayed due to errors
