The beginning of the process was great. During the process I had questions and had a very hard time understanding what was required of me in the E-Doc system. It was confusing as it was the same over and over and I could not tell what was new and what I had to do. The closing went fine and was completed in a timely matter.
Everybody tried their best regardless that the left hand and the right did not know what was going on (office staff). One time I was transferred 4 times to get my question answered. Also, other companies sent me emails to complete documents. The first time I deleted a request I did not know the sender. Molly and Cameron were very helpful and knowledgeable in presenting the refinance and helping me through the steps. I would be remiss by not saying I was a part of the confusion.
The whole process was very professional and everyone got back to us in a timely manner but the issue was that penny mac website for uploading documents was not capable to accept increased gig documents. This resulted in a set back and documents being asked for repetitively. Not only that no one was able to say why the documents weren't uploaded and the continued delay was annoying. In the end I was able to do a direct email for the documents by decreasing DPI so that the data stream was minimize
Convenient to deal with same company as my prior mortgage company. They knew my reliability and I knew theirs. No cash transaction made it easier.

My initial contact person was awesome!
1) confusion over incorrect SS# and getting it corrected. I notified you several times before someone finally took notice. 2) We procured a power of attorney so I (a quadriplegic) wouldn’t have to sign closing forms (husband would for me). They were sent and received by you yet at closing they did not have the correct forms to proceed and I had to sign all those documents using a pen held in my mouth!! Very upsetting! 3) Incorrect release of funds cost us an extra $600 out of our pocket
Rob performed great, please pass along my appreciation to him. Closing took longer than expected but wasn't outlandish due to the COVID issues. Very satisfied, Thank you Rob!
