Ammie mac and others from loan processing were short , rude and terse in their communication. I only came to you because you are my loan holder. I’ve not been happy with the attitude of some . Angey Wu was the sweetest and most helpful person and the saving grace for my experience. You would go far learning from her level of customer service. Five stars plus for Angey Wu!
The process was easy and went as expected.
From start to finish this was a better experience than I expected. Every PennyMac representative was polite, informative and professional, as well as friendly. Our process went smoothly and the loan closed sooner than I expected. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Documents were requested multiple times. I would send them and then a few days later I would get a call that they needed the docs. Also my closing docs had a lower closing cost than really needed. I wasn’t updated until the late afternoon before my morning signing. I had to go back out to the bank to adjust the check amount. Communication between Pennymac and me and also among the PennyMac team would have made things smoother.
