Brian was always on top of things and available to answer any questions that I had.
Loan estimate was very accurate and they provided weekly updates for status of loan. It took a little longer than expected (Maybe due to COVID) but we closed within the 60 days they had originally estimated.

Communication was great & all questions were answered promptly.
Jami Manning did a fantastic job at securing the fantastic interest rate for me, she was always helpful each time she would talk to me. Pache Akono was also very helpful and very quick at getting the documents and appointments that I needed. I’m once again very pleased with PennyMac and will always recommend them to anyone I know.

too many people involved. lack of inportant communication. case at hand... asked what needed to be done so penny would not take a mortage payment in july. well, you did and thats bullshit and lack of communication on your part. how do you take out a mortage payment out on mortage the does not exist I expect that mones returned pronto including my escrow. you took money that was not yours to take. kind of like theft. big boys like penny should never make that error.
