Experience was awesome. I would receive a weekly phone call giving me the progress of the re-fi. It really put me at ease knowing I had competent people handling my loan.
I am very old-school when it comes to computers in this type of signing of documents that I was walking through everything and helped with all of the processes. I greatly appreciate it the help and the willingness of all envoled
From start to closing everything was communicated correctly. My only downside is I was promised two months or no rent payment at closing but I was only given one month.
