My experience was great. I needed to travel in the process of the loan but PennyMac accommodated my dislocation greatly.
Communication and service was outstanding!
Linda was very courteous and kept us informed multiple times throughout the process.
Richard was absolutely fantastic- especially considering the unusual circumstances with the shutdowns. He went way above and beyond to ensure that everything was very clear and that I received timely replies.
