I needed a reduced payment due to the economic situation. I called PennyMac and from the loan officer through processing, everyone was so nice and great to me. They made the process so easy, great communication to let you know every step that needs to be taken. The new loan posted within a few days after closing. I will recommend PennyMac anytime to anyone one who needs help.

I'm very happy that I refinanced my house with PennyMac. It was a lot easier than I expected considering all communication was via phone until I signed the closing documents. Their customer service was great and overall it was a great experience and decision that not only lowered my mortgage payment but is also going to save me a ton of money. I would recommend to anyone!
