Read my yelp review..I've bought 5 homes and refinanced twice and this has been by far the worst experience of our mortgage experiences. The worst communications ever, never had documents ahead of time, closing costs were not what we were told, did not get 20k that we asked for and were told we were getting, email communication was form statements no personal communications. Many of our friends suggested not too go with penny Mac but we believed in Monica and felt good with her.
I love the great service that the penny mac team bring to the table. They are great. tony
