It took too long, cost too much and didn’t get the Lowe interest rate because it took so long. Carol
I had no communication for months. Whatever loan officer called me in early May explained that our application fell through the cracks because former officer left the company ... this caused us to not be able to take advantage of lower interest rates. Last loan offer we spoke with was great and told us about opportunities never mentioned for months during this process.
Great support from our loan representative. Very pleasant to work with. Made the whole process as easy as possible.
The process was simple with so little documents. Except for the time from the begining to closing, everything was great. But i think is because the current situation with the virus and all the cons about that. In general a good process and i was able to save about $200 a month for refinance.
