My experience with having my home refinanced through Penny Mac was great! The Penny Mac Team answered all my questions and concerns that I had. They kept me informed each time a step was completed with the loan processing. Furthermore, my home Closed by the date they gave... no delays. Closing documents missing ( va form) termite report not signed, I did know I needed to sign it these two forms held up funding the loan by three days. My issue is PMac had the forms for almost 50 days, seems to me someone would of reviewed the packet before the closing date to ensure everything was done.
