Not sure if overall experience affected by pandemic and PennyMac employees working from home or not. I feel there were several communication issues between groups that required me to explicitly refuse to sign documents due to inaccurate information that did not get resolved when PM informed. eg. Loan officer informed that percentage rate was wrong, but I was contacted by two other individuals asking me to esign the docs. I feel this back and forth and lack of communication prolonged the proces.
