Closing happened very fast, closed a few weeks ahead.
Communication was always prompt. We chose to refinance with PennyMac as they had our current mortgage for several years and was always pleased with their service.
Kristen was absolutely fantastic. She was helpful, understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made the entire process easier than I would have ever expected.
Mr. Silva was very good, the Mac team were a bit confusing and not as fast. That being said, they were working in a pandemic and I don’t fault them. They did good for what was happening in the world.
