To clarify my first survey, In addition to the bad experiences with rude men, Mr Gillespie was the ONLY ONE with whom I worked I felt was courteous and honest and safe working to work with.
It was good experience and the process was made fairly easy by all involved.

Jonathan Ryan went above and beyond all expectations. I was disappointed with our closing because of lack of communication and had to close twice. The overall experience with Penny Mac was incredible.
My loan team did a great job. The bank fees and closing costs were a bit high.
