I felt that things were brought to my attention in a timely manner and that the loan was processed in a timely manner.
Everything went pretty smooth and quick.That what i liked about this company and Tracy Parker was a great .
Staff was very helpful even through a very busy time.
Only problem was that the loan docs had to be redone as my middle initial was incorrect
The loan processor did great. She was out sick one week which set everything back. Another processor supplied me a form to complete that had incorrect data. When I applied to refinance I asked for a specific amount. When the appraisal came back lower than expected I was never notified that what I asked for changed which was another set back. This whole process took 3 1/2 months. Part to blame on Wells Fargo for 1 month.
He was prompt.
Everything was explained and customer service was amazing. Very happy with the services provided. Will definitely reach out in the future if/when I decide to purchase again...
