The first thing that impressed me was my agent's truthfulness. I originally started my refinance with a competitor who promised me the moon. My PennyMac agent was realistic about what he could deliver so I ended going with him. The process was virtually seamless and he guided me through every step of the way. Not only did PennyMac deliver what they promised when they promised, they exceeded my expectation. Well done PennyMac!

Communication was a bit rough as I was unable to call my agent directly and he could not call me. I believe this was a technical issue that was out of our hands but it was very frustrating. Other than that the process was smooth.
