Better communication/status updates!!!
It was fast and easy
easy process
I was told numerous times that I would not pay a mortgage payment for either April or May. I also confirmed that no additional actions needed to be taken on my part regarding my existing autopay and was told I'd just need to set up a new autopay. But the April mortgage payment was deducted via my auto pay. I was not expecting this and it caused significant financial stress. I understand I will eventually receive a refund, but this does nothing to ease my financial situation in the interim.
Communicate better
The representative had little to no knowledge of the product. Did not do the researched asked from us. Did not follow through with several requests we made. Attempted to blame the client for their mistakes which led to us having to close twice. Was not an effective communicator and was at time combative. As far as the last point I did loose my temper based on the on going issues so I can understand the mounting frustrations by the representative.
Received all information concerning my loan, all questions were answered, was not stressful as some other companies. Closed within the time limit that was mention.
The overall experience was smooth and efficient
