Information was clear and concise. Process went very smoothly. Everyone at PennyMac was a pleasure to work with.
Everything was communicated thoroughly and my questions were answered promptly. All my expectations were met at closing and we closed on time despite what is going on right now with the economy and and the pandemic. Everyone was very nice, polite, and professional.
The people with whom we dealt were pleasant, friendly, and informative. We were able to close over a month early, which was wonderful.

Too many hoops for A loans
The entire process was ok but extended due to underwriters. They constantly needed copies of the same forms or information that I had previously sent. However, due to their thoroughness, they discovered that the last number of my wife’s SS# had been entered incorrectly by the payroll company. I will be contacting Andrew about the final numbers. They were not what he quoted to me and when the notary arrived here, we had three different numbers. Roger F.
