I called several times within the last few weeks before the estimated closing date to check on the status. I was told that my MAC team was waiting to hear back from a lender that I have to get clarification on a loan. I was never reached out to to help with this and I was able to provide documentation for clarification. This went on until a few days before the expected closing date. The PUD Rider was left out of closing docs and then I was told to sign it and email back last minute.
Great team very willing to find and get you the best rate or best thing possible. VERY EASY PROCESS!!!!!
The overall process was good. However, a couple of documents they could'vould have gotten faster internally than having us get them. And we could never reach them on the phone.

I kept playing phone tag the FIRST time I tried getting the loan (partially because the loan officer was out sick- but no one else helped him while he was out) so everything timed out and I was forced to start over and have my credit report ran a second time. Then the person who took over for the second part (Conrad) was rude and condescending. Once Blen took over my loan, I have no complaints. With COVID-19 hitting everyone hard, I know she did her best to get the loan processed efficiently.
Communication of each step of the process was clear and effective. Loan processing agents were patient in explaining loan options and details which help make the best decision possible. All of my questions were answered in a timely and thorough manner as well. Great experience!

Everyone was friendly and very helpful getting me refinanced and getting what I wanted out of my home. The documents you requested more than once as I answered in the survey were more than likely caused by me and not someone on your end. My experience was great and I will use again in the future.
