2nd time we've re-financed with PennyMac. You guys are clear, easy to work with and an overall pleasant experience.
Pennymac has treated me very well. Both Linda and Ted Colborn were very helpful. The only negative thing was that the original signing had to be cancelled due to a paperwork issue. I understand that happens. The problem was corrected and j resigned quickly. Thanks for helping me through the process Linda and Ted! It was greatly appreciated.

When documents were needed we were informed and if something was missing they let us know promptly so we could send or resend .
The loan agents were very helpful.
I enjoyed working with my Loan Officer, she was a Great asset to us getting this refinance completed. I appreciated the fact that she called when needed, answered all our questions (even if she had already told us), replied to any emails I may have sent & especially left voice emails when she couldn't reach us. It was certainly a pleasure working with her.
Clear communication. Question answered in a timely manner. Concern on something (like appraisal ) but After talking to Nicole . It was.fix . Completed as expected. Highly Recommended !
