I was very happy with everything. Nancy and Jane were very helpful every step of the way. Because of their amazing service I would recommend Penny Mac to anyone.
Expectations of timeline to close we're not communicated clearly, the loan process got hung up in tittle for ever and had to get escalated to supervisors twice, and I felt if we hadn't called and pushed for help several times and explanations were weak and tittle processing was a black hole with no visibility. We provide all our documents early, paid for appraisal early and the tittle processing communications were none existent.
Everything was seamless and went as planned.
