The biggest problem was that we closed two months after the expected Closing date. While every week I reached out to get a better time frame I just got the same response “oh it shouldn’t be more than one week”. Rory Shanahan was very good to work with, and Christopher Keppler was very nice just not as helpful. Overall it was a long and complicated process.
