Great experience.
Overall experience was good. Told me what we could and couldn't do. Paid off a couple of items that would have prevented us from selling if we had a mind to. Thanks so much to my whole PennyMAC team.
I am disappointed that PennyMac did not have a check for me at closing...& it’s almost two weeks since I closed & no check. PennyMac would NOT have allowed me to send in a check if required at closing. As long as the process took, there was no reason not to have a check for me at closing!
Time and processing were faster than expected! Great people to work with and very easy to communicate with! Amazing experience overall!
