If you weren't offering me the discount for already being a customer I would most likely go with a different company. I kept getting asked for the same documents over and over in an email and then I would have to call to tell the team that I had in fact already uploaded it. I was provided the portal to upload documents, yet it felt as though no one checked unless I called and asked them to.

Ni feedback at the moment
There was failed communication by penny MAC on the loan status. We were notified on our closing day that the paperwork was not forwarded to the next department so we’re technically we’re still in the underwriting phase and could not proceed until that was cleared up. Our 12:00 closing was pushed back to 5:00. We lost an entire day of unpacking and extra expenses for keeping our moving truck longer than expected. Our furniture and refrigerator were to be delivered that day as well but could Not.
Everybody was able to give me information on the loan process not just a specific person.
Both Ammie and Wesley were extremely friendly and helpful!! They answered all of my questions and kept me up to date and informed!
First off, the reason you even called was because another mortgage agent contacted me and ran my credit. You called to offer me a better deal to keep my business and I appreciate that.
