A steady flow of communication, timeliness, this process began on dec 2nd I believe,and was not completed until feb 11th. I provided any info or documentation requested by Penny Mac usually within an hour of recieving such request,only to call back a week later to hear the file isn't updated, and asked for documents which I had already uploaded to the mac team site... Or being told I recieve an update by a Friday and only recieving an update because I followed up the following Wednesday?
The availability of clarification through phone contact was helpful when I had questions that I needed answered.
