Good communication and information
The entire process was very easy no problem submitting documents or whatever the team need and the communication was great.
Every aspect of the loan experience was handled in a professional manner, puntional, polite, and a pleasure to do buisness with.
The process took over 2 months in total for a refinance, and it was with the title review department for over a month. I had to call multiple times a week to keep the ball rolling and got the same answer every time. I was asked a dozen times the same question and provided the answer both over the phone and in writing.
As a loyal customer of PennyMac the application process was completed with ease and a majority of the application’s stipulations were met.
