I'll start by saying that Juan Cruz was by far the most helpful and professional individual I had the pleasure of communicating with during this process. He was attentive, sensitive to my situation, and very knowledgeable about the process. What would've made it better: Closing ON TIME Finding out we all of a sudden don't qualify for the loan a week before closing was mortifying. Not getting conflicting information from associates. Better coordination with the title company.
Bailey was awesome, very professional and masters the process. The dissatisfaction started when the process was moved to Martha. She rarely answer the phone at the beginning and each time someone else answered the phone, something new appeared, I was annoyed and confused. I even sent an email email to Martha to express my concerns. It was painful but I am glad it is over.
John was incredible and trust me I had days and lists of questions, special requests, and follow-up emails. He was patient, kind, and helped me find the best rate/option after we tried several scenarios and asked for manager approval. Have truly enjoyed being a PennyMac customer for the last several years so I also am in process of refinancing my primary loan. Hope to continue with PennyMac until all loans are paid!
