First. Mr. Johnson was really good to work with. The problem was after it left him to the next agent. 1. I never got a copy of my appraisal. 2. The closing papers were incorrect and had to start over again. 3.There were a lot of miscommunication about the second closing. 4 The second closing papers were incorrect. 5 A document that had to be e signed for the third closing could not be signed when I opened my documents. It had to be sent to me by fed ex , Same crap, says past 500 characters ca

Cameron Freeland assisted me with a refi at a time when I was caring for a very sick parent in the hospital. During my long days at the hospital I called PennyMac to inquire about refi and was paired with Cameron . He helped me get all the documents together and sent from my smart phone. He kept me calm when I was having difficulty viewing thins or getting the information needed. He was patient and understanding and took into account the added stress II was experiencing at the hospital.

This process was a joke from the start. It is unfathomable to think that business conducted the way PennyMac did is in any way ok. Zero communication, missed deadlines repeatedly, missing paperwork, duplicate requests, ZERO communication,the mere fact that this survey asks about Emma is hysterical. I couldn't have talked to Emma if my life depended on it. Despite over a dozen attempts to speak with my loan rep or even her boss, I only spoke to her once. My experience will be shared with BB
