The entire Penny Mac team was very communicative. Sometimes even crossing each other with information. However, that was much more thoughtful than being in the dark. Also, at the last moment when my closing costs changed the team went above and beyond to bring it back down to a the original number where I was much more comfortable. Very easy and straight foward process
pur first closing was conducted ok I made payment quotations to my various accounts based on the closing date. Three days later I was told I had to go to closing again as PennyMac had screwed up a date on the documents. This created a problem with some of my accounts and in fact Comcast cut my services off. Really didn't appreciate the inconvience at all.

Fantastically easy and so fast it seemed hard to believe. This is probably my 10th loan and all of them have been painful, confusing, irritating and generally to be avoided at all costs. From start to finish I think it was on the order of 2 or 3 weeks and that over the Christmas break. Everything was eas. It was great.
