Very simple, easy and efficient process. The staff members were very knowledgeable and friendly.
I was told no documentation was necessary, but got multiple requests for documents after being told multiple times by different people that they weren"t required.....closing was suppose to take less then 30 days but took almost 3 months.
Had a great hassle free experience. I would recommend Penny Mac to anyone who needs to close a loan.
