quick and simple
The process was very straightforward and the PennyMac team explained everything clearly.
My refinancing process went very well. It was easy and completed in a timely manner.
Ease of access to my Loan officer and assistants. They were always on top of things when I called in and had questions or concerns about the loan. Very good employees!! Just seemed that maybe there could have been a little more voice contact instead everything was run thru the web site and there were things I found out by going to the web site- I did not get a call stating what was missing or what was needed to proceed. Maybe a little more voice contact would have been great.
PennyMac worked very well on my loan with accurate info on expected closing dates and even having someone come directly to my home at closing time. This is my second loan with them and I would use them again in the future if needed. Regards Happy Customer
