Easy process knowledgeable staff
I emailed the Mac "team" 3 separate times. Did not receive a reply other than the auto-reply that they'd get back to us. Very frustrating. Questions were answered when I phoned however. It was confusing and disconcerting to not have the answers I needed prior to closing. Everything worked out fine, but I don't like not knowing.
