Went exactly as presented to me.
Every member I worked with was polite and professional.
Communication was poor Mac team wasn’t clear with communication and then the WORST park of the process was when you want to speak with your loan manager to get clarification, you were put in a three way conversation how does that save time for either party.
Refi - no rush on closing, so the process was smooth and stress free. No complications.
Professional and friendly
To preface this, I initially spoke with Mantell Beckham who was AWESOME! He was great in terms of finding me the right product and explaining how the process would go. He said I’d be closing in January which did not occur FYI. Then, the “MyMacTeam” reached out to me—Dennis Mueller was good about calling every week to update me but it seemed like it was perpetually stuck at a point where “we are almost there”. I have no idea who Michael T is whom this survey is for—never heard from him.
Nicole was very knowledgeable, prompt, and cust svc focused. Aaron was also a pleasure to work with.
Electronic communication was convenient and the team reached out by phone for important clarifications.
