John was great on the front end. However the MAC team was a mess. Unorganized and could not make a decision or employ common sense. We also received a different answer every time we spoke to someone different. We also experienced vastly different answers when we spoke to our representative and when our agent called on her side. No consistency and no common sense. We closed on time by chance. Not because of due diligence on the side of PennyMAC. Worst house buying experience to date.
Every time I had a question,someone always answered the phones and was never put off. Everyone was very professional and treated me great. I was very satisfied.
