It was so easy and fast.
Awesome workers. They made everything to go smoothly.

Our closing ended up being almost three weeks late due to title issues and scheduling that was done when we called and person on phone said the appointment was set when it was not
The loan process itself went quickly and smoothly, loan officer was helpful and pleasant. However things fell apart when it was time for closing. Closing date was changed twice on the day of closing due to issues with getting a notary secured by the title company. And then at closing, the cash to close that had been quoted to me and verified 3 times was different from what the actual cash to close was- I was at the closing table making calls to get the error cleared up.
Poor communication. Poor follow-up. Website was confusing.
My experience was very comfortable and great communication.
Everyone EXCEPT Glen..... Pestering me to fill out this survey form. I did not know this was a requirement..
