Will Slater was an absolutely fantastic representative. I could have asked for a better partner during the refinance process. And honestly, without him I would’ve probably walked away. Unfortunately, after the initial business with Will ended and I moved to the Mac Team, it was a horrendous experience. From declining documents incorrectly, never adjusting my closing costs, mis scheduling my closing, then call me during my closing to say that my closing costs had changed yet again.

My old mortgage was with PennyMac. When I decided to sell my house & buy a new one I specifically told my realtor I HAD to go through PennyMac as their current service if my loan was great. Then I called and spoke with Abigail, she was awesome. She answered when I call and was always happy to answer any questions I had. Abigail made my new mortgage process painless!! I would also note that Rosario & my PennyMac team were great!! Thank you so very much!!
The process was seamless. It was done in a systematic manner that made sense and kept the process going. The m.a.c. Team led by Eric was available when we called and provided a prompt response. There were no surprises and everyone on the team was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Our thanks to each of them. This was the best loan procedure we have ever been a part of.
I could have done the loan somewhere else,but the great customer service from penny Mac provided all the way around from start to closing was great that’s the reason I have PennyMac.
