Linda Harris was amazing!! She held our hands throughout the entire process. She was very prompt when responding to our questions. We had a few hiccups along the way, but Linda communicated well and helped us over every hurdle. We are very grateful for Linda and the rest of the PennyMac team for making our refinance as stress free as possible.
Andrew was very helpful. Though there were some glitches along the way, he patiently worked with us to get the loan completed.
Someone dropped the ball in the process, we had to rush to close on the interest rate that was promised. In the end everything was completed to satisfactory standards. However, the transition of the loan could have been a bit smoother.

There was no hiccups once Mr. C. Franklin and Mr. R. Candelaria got involved with my refinance. I enjoyed working with both of them and they made my loan experience smooth.
