Facts and figures for cash to close and monthly payment were way different than originally discussed. Was told I’d be saving $100/mo more than I am. Same documents were requested several times. Called to notify them that I’d already sent the documents. Was then asked to send them again and pressure to “hurry before your rate lock expires”. Shouldn’t be hurrying your clients because your people didn’t see a document that was sent in. Overall experience was ok. But got very annoyed at some points.

Karen was very knowledgeable in helping putting the loan!! I would recommend her for a pay raise for her proficiency & expertness for which she had a high standard that the loan to go throught!
