Really seemed to me the right & left hand were in different worlds. I would get requests for documents previously sent. I am self employed & that is always an issue however it seemed to me as if all of the people I talked with had no idea how to handle a self employed person. I am a sole proprietor & the documents asked for don’t exist. When I called to find out what exactly I could provide all I got was the same response. Didn’t think anyone was listening. The loan was closed in a timely manner though.
Better communication and not having multiple requests for the same documents. Read the E-mails.
Pennymac was awesome at communicating the process and finished earlier than expected. Each of the loan processors were clear in their communication and had frequent contact with me. Pennymac made the process easy.
