Mostly online or phone call process made it easy to work and still get the process done. Closing was easy they came to me and worked with me even with difficulties

The loan officer was amazing. Latrice was good. She just couldn't answer my question regarding the total of the appraisal fee. I wanted to know why I was being charged $200 at closing on the CD. I asked what the appraisal invoice list as the total fee but she didn't know. She kept saying I was getting cash back which I know but the charge is still unknown. Other than that she was great with contacting me.

Ammie and Derek were both very helpful and had no problems answering my questions as they came up. I have a hard time keeping track of deadlines, so I appreciated that Ammie would reach out to me on a regular basis to make sure that documents were being completed on time. I had no worries at any point during the process.
