It was very very very good
I have to say, this Refi went smoother than any other Refi I have ever had. It also was quicker with little to no snags. Stress free process. I would definitely consider using PennyMac again, should the interest rates decrease. I

Pennymac made our refinance so quick and easy Brandon was great!
The process was chaotic from the start, with the processor Madison Brown saying that she "assumed we were going with another lender" when we called to ask about uploading documents to the portal to initiate the approval process. Then the same documents were requested on several occasions, even after they had been previously been submitted. The closing date had to be amended. Needless to say that this was a very stressful ordeal.
Everything was so easy and communicated thoroughly.
The people at pennymac worked hard and timely to get my business decision done they were great to work with.
