I had a very pleasant experience with Penny Mac and their associates. It was a smooth transaction start to finish. Easy approval process through closing. Anytime a question arose, there was an agent available to assist me in resolving the matter. I highly recommend Penny Mac for any home mortgage.
Savannah took the time to make sure the process was explained in detail. She was prompt when responding to emails and returning phone messages.
I received my loan done than expected. It was a pleasant surprise.
