Very professional, they make the refinance quick and easy
I was well communicated to and things went well
Ms. Linda was very pleasant and kind to work with. She assisted walk me through questions I had during my loan process. She also responded to my questions promptly.
Penny Mac withdrew me from my first rate lock without my consent, consideration or notification. They also reversed an agreed upon reinstatement. Now I have a higher rate and monthly payment due to pennymacs error. There was a great deal of plausible deniability and “miscommunication”. At my expense.

Sandra was a trooper through a tough purchase with many bumps in the road to closing, she was always available, always upbeat, always compassionate and above all always professional and ultra hard working to get us to closing on the day we needed!
