Whenever I spoke with Chaix or any other PennyMac representative, it was always great and she was very helpful. My primary issues were that I was always the one fetching information and having to call to get updates. My closing experience was also mishandled and it delayed closing for a week despite me calling in to pennymac to confirm that everything was all set (because title company was telling me otherwise). And despite Pennymac’s reassurances, the closing docs were indeed incorrect and I had to reschedule closing a week... read more
