Beat experience I’ve ever had with loan process.
A simple and straight forward application to closing deal! The team was very informative, prompt and accurate. This is the 2nd PennyMac loan I have had and will continue to use them for future properties. Great job all around!
I have communicated to the Vice President Dennis how unpleasant our process was. We were not “compensated” even remotely close to what we dealt with. I was told by Dennis he would reach back out after closing and I never heard from him. Communication is key and when you say your going to do something do it. Extremely disappointed in PennyMac after being a customer of 3 years.
Peter was super to work with through the closing process. He was exceptionally prompt in answering any and all questions!
5 star rating! Liem was exceptional and very helpful with all my questions and concerns. i highly recommend him to anyone going thru the process of a new home loan.
