The entire process with pennymac was amazing, they communicated everything needed and we closed on the expected date! This was an incredibly easy process!
I had a very pleasant experience with Penny Mac and their associates. It was a smooth transaction start to finish. Easy approval process through closing. Anytime a question arose, there was an agent available to assist me in resolving the matter. I highly recommend Penny Mac for any home mortgage.
Noah was personable and professional with quick response times. Although the document request system was a little confusing a times (multiple documents requested when only one was needed, etc.), Noah did a great job helping us get our loan finalized.
Julie was very helpful and made the process easy and seamless. It would be nice if there was a more direct way to interact with Julie but that has nothing to do with the service provided.
