Brittney was a little rude (low key but still, whatever 😒) and she talked over me a few times but when I pointed it out, getting words in where I could, she toned it down. I understand that you people do this all day, every day…but your customers do not. Also please keep in mind especially working for veterans, we have brain injuries and don’t remember stuff like normal people. We have ISSUES.
